Policies

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances unless there was an error on our part, or the item was damaged during shipment. If there was an error on our part with the shipment or the item was damaged during shipment we will offer an exchange. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If there is an error with the purchased item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment we will not allow a return of the item under any circumstances.

 

Also Note: Joe Daley's Sportscards will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards, printing errors or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box. If any additional information is needed by the manufacturer, Joe Daley's Sportscards will furnish this information upon request.

Signing Notes: Our staff takes great care of all customer products however there is the possibility that some send in items may get some wear during the signings event. This includes small creases or dings from being handled, the edges of posters may get wrinkled, common with any posters which are sent through the mail, and any other wear that can be expected with a private signing. We will not be held responsible for poor autographs as a result of photos being printed on poor paper. Please remember that each autograph is a one of a kind as it is hand signed. Once the signing occurs and the athlete has signed your item, we will affix a hologram to the item. All guests reserve the right to refuse to sign any item. Shipping costs will be added to orders to be shipped back. US customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Orders must be received by the date listed in the event details. Items received after the signing will be returned at the customer's expense. In the case a player postpones, we will hold all items and orders until we are able to reschedule or contacted by the customer to send items back.

Our goal is to get you the best possible autograph on your item.  

  • We will not give discounts for slight imperfections.
  • We are not responsible for lesser quality autographs on mail in-items.
  • We will only be responsible up to a maximum of the cost of the autograph for damage or loss in shipping.
  • We cannot guarantee we will send back exact signing and packing materials sent with mail in items.
  • Each athlete reserves the right to refuse, change, or shorten personalizations or inscriptions.
  • We cannot refund or discount orders due to changes made in an inscription or personalization by the athlete.
  • Signing dates are based around the athletes schedule and are subject to change
  • If a signing is postponed, we will hold your order until the signing occurs.
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason on pre-ordered autographed items.

Autograph Signings are not an exact science. We always try our best to meet the customer’s demands, but sometimes things are missed. In such instances, we will do what we can to make you happy, but only within reason.
